Button Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Parts Department Stock Clerk to join our dynamic Team. A hard-working individual to maintain physical inventory as necessary, stock shelves and pull parts for orders. Primary goals are to provide customer satisfaction and represent the dealership in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect shipments at loading and unloading for damages and quantity. Make appropriate notations on delivery receipt


• Organize schedule of deliveries to maximize efficiency


• Process parts returns in accordance with warranty and dealership policy


• Stock all parts and accessories received for stock in correct bin and/or location


• Report all overages and shortages to Parts Manager


• Keep bin labels and location designations accurate and up to date


• Run bin “spot checks” as directed


• Assist shipping/receiving clerk and all Parts personnel as requested


• Maintain cleanliness throughout department by keeping aisles swept and taking out trash containers


• Any other duties that management or the employee feels can be productive within the job description guidelines

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent


• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information


• Valid and clear driver's license with no major violations or suspensions in the last 7 years


• Ability to work well with customers and conduct business transactions


• Must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner


• Must be able to stand for long periods of time


• Must be capable of lifting 25 pounds repetitively


• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
