Parts Driver

The Parts Driver delivers parts and accessories across the Moses dealership footprint, as well as to other local dealers.  In given time, this position will also learn the Parts Counter role, being able to fill in when needed and have a great opportunity for advancement with the parts department.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers parts and accessories to internal and external customers.


• Verifies parts noted on the invoices to be delivered match the parts taken for delivery.


• Reviews with the customer the parts delivered match the part numbers invoiced.


• Ensures all invoices are signed by the customer.


• Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.


• Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.


• Learn the Parts Counter Associate position and be able to fill in when needed.
  
  
  
  • Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
  
  
  • Provide our Advisors and Technicians parts inquiry pricing and availability in a timely manner.
  
  
  • Process and fill back counter technician parts orders.
  
  
  • Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers, advisors, and technicians.
  
  
  
  

IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:

• High school graduate or GED


• Prior knowledge and experience of the vehicle parts industry is preferred


• Understanding of basic automotive components and systems


• Ability to lift 25 pounds.


• Valid driver’s license


• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
