We are looking for a dependable, motivated Parts Runner to join our team. This position is responsible for picking up and delivering automotive parts between our dealership, vendors, repair facilities, and customers. The ideal candidate is organized, has a positive attitude, takes pride in providing great service, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Parts Runner Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver automotive parts from local vendors and suppliers.


• Deliver parts to technicians and the service department in a timely manner.


• Assist with organizing and stocking incoming parts.


• Verify parts and quantities before leaving the parts department.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle.


• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, technicians, and dealership employees.


• Help load and unload parts and supplies.


• Assist the Parts Department with general tasks when not making deliveries.


• Follow all company safety policies and driving regulations.


• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records.


• Provide excellent customer service during every interaction

Parts Runner Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.


• Reliable transportation to and from work.


• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to lift and carry automotive parts and equipment.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Good communication and organizational skills.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.


• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
