  Have at least a few years of Automotive Parts Manager Experience

  Forecast for Parts Department Goals

  Prepare annual budgets

  Understand the importance of time management

  Ensure a timely inventory turnover

  Develop and administer an aggressive wholesale parts program to produce profit
