Auto Plus, a division of the Rydell Motor Company, is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Parts Puller / Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Evansdale, Iowa.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a warehouse environment, and providing outstanding customer service. As a Parts Puller / Delivery Driver, you'll help keep automotive repair shops, dealerships, and customers supplied with the parts they need while supporting the daily operations of our Parts Department.

What You'll Do

• Pull, pick, and prepare automotive parts orders accurately and efficiently


• Deliver automotive parts to customers throughout the Cedar Valley area


• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely


• Verify invoices, packing slips, and delivery paperwork for accuracy


• Assist the Parts Manager in locating out-of-stock and special-order parts


• Receive, stock, organize, and label incoming inventory


• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization


• Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and order status


• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery


• Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained


• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations


• Assist with warehouse and Parts Department duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required


• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, delivery driving, inventory, or automotive parts experience is preferred, but not required


• Automotive parts knowledge is a plus


• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Basic computer skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Ability to lift and move items weighing at least 40 pounds


• MUST have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
