Parts Purchasing Specialist

PleasureLand RV Center is looking for a Parts Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This position will be in charge of purchasing parts, maintaining inventory control, and providing exceptional customer experience to both our customers and technicians. 

You do not need RV experience to apply. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable using computers, and willing to learn.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help keep our parts department running smoothly by purchasing parts while providing and developing profitable and effective purchasing strategies for the store. This position will assist in maintaining inventory control as well as providing outstanding customer service at the parts and service counter to both our customers and technicians. Responsibilities include:

• Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts.
• Oversee all aspects of the parts inventory for the store. From monitoring stock and inventory levels to purchasing parts as needed to completing and ensuring cycle counts are accurate and done on a timely basis. 
• Work with service technicians and customers ensuring that their parts needs are being met and questions are answered.

Helpful Experience, But Not Required

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Parts department
• Shipping and receiving
• Inventory work
• RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or equipment parts
