We are currently seeking a parts department shipping / receiving clerk to join our team!

• $16.00 per hour


• TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE (M-F) OR (TUES-SAT)

Responsibilities

• Receive & send shipments, verify information against invoices, orders and other records


• Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled


• Maintain receiving and shipping records, as well as returned parts records


• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages


• Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications


• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Must have a valid driver's license


• Ability to use parts department computer system


• Good communication skills


• Ability to operate a fork lift truck is a plus


• Must be have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen


• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively


• Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented


• Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision


• Basic computer knowledge


• Must be comfortable sitting, standing and/or walking for long periods of time
