Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.


• Coordinate shipping of parts to various locations as needed, maintaining proper documentation.


• Organize and maintain the parts inventory, ensuring items are stored safely and are easily accessible.


• Work closely with parts and service staff to fulfill orders promptly and accurately.


• Perform regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies to management.


• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations regarding parts handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management preferred.


• Valid drivers license.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to lift and move parts as necessary.


• Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively within a team.
