Parts Shipping Representative

Ready to be part of a winning team? Hyundai Santa Monica is looking for a Parts Shipping & Receiving Representative to support our growing Parts Department. We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual with basic automotive parts knowledge and a strong work ethic. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

As a Parts Shipping & Receiving Representative, you will be responsible for managing the receiving, processing, and shipping of vehicle parts and accessories while supporting customers, technicians, and vendors with accurate and timely service.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.


• Prepare, package, and ship parts orders accurately and efficiently.


• Pull, stage, and distribute parts while verifying order accuracy and availability.


• Assist with inventory control, stocking, and maintaining an organized parts department.


• Provide excellent service and support to customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Required: Basic automotive parts knowledge required; prior automotive parts experience preferred.


• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.


• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.


• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.


• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation 

• The estimated hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00.
