Parts Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

📞 Serve as a trusted resource for customers by answering questions and providing timely, accurate support

📦 Assist with daily inventory activities including shipping, receiving, stocking, and cycle counting

🔍 Source parts for customer orders, service repairs, and inventory replenishment

🚚 Help customers place orders, track shipments, and process returns

💻 Maintain customer accounts and accurately document interactions and transactions

🤝 Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales teams to support customer needs and branch operations

📋 Keep inventory organized, accurate, and ready when customers need it

⚡ Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

What You'll Bring

✔ Minimum 1 year of direct industry experience or 3 years of experience in a related industry

✔ Strong customer service and communication skills

✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

✔ Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, parts operations, or customer support preferred

✔ Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately document customer interactions

✔ Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed

Compensation & Benefits 

The expected pay range for this position is $25-$30 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

ADA Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.


• Occasional repetitive motion and grasping


• Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks.


• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently.


• Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer


• Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may include moving mechanical parts
