Parts Specialist (Shipping & Receiving Focus)

What You’ll Do

This is a role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the link between customers, inventory, and incoming freight—keeping everything accurate, organized, and moving.

• Deliver a positive, knowledgeable customer experience in person and over the phone
• Help customers find the right parts and process orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight; coordinate outgoing shipments
• Track, label, and organize inventory within our system
• Notify customers when parts arrive and ensure smooth pickup or delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and organization
• Build strong relationships with vendors, team members, and customers
• Identify issues and take initiative to solve them before they become problems

• Available to work weekdays with occasional Saturdays

Bonus points for experience in parts, shipping/receiving, forklift operation, or RV/automotive—but not required.
