Parts Warehouse Clerk at Arrigo CDJR West Palm

Arrigo CDJR Margate is looking for a Shipping and Receiving clerk to join our Team! We offer our associates great benefits and ongoing training and support. Experienced is preferred, however we will train the right person for the job!

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CLEAN RECORD.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK VARIOUS SHIFTS MONDAY THRU SATURDAY 7AM TO 6PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct shipping and receiving activities using dealership procedures.


• Report all overages and shortages to the inventory Control Clerk.


• Stock all parts and accessories in their correct bins and/or locations.


• Control all special and emergency orders by tagging them and notifying the appropriate person.


• Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with the carriers shipping instructions (i.e., route, ups, bus, express, etc.)


• Maintain the physical inventory by keeping stock - (1) in the proper location (2) in the sealable condition and (3) free of safety hazards.


• Maintain bins, racks, and other equipment in working order. Notify management of any needed repairs.


• keep bin labels and location designations accurate and up-to-date.


• Conduct a perpetual inventory as directed by management.


• Dealership's shipping and receiving procedures are adhered to.


• promised delivery times to customers are kept.


• Inventory is organized and stocked in correct locations


• Ensure 100% of the bin's labels are accurate and up to date


• All emergency and special orders are tagged with proper notification given to the appropriate person(s)


• Accurate information and documentation are provided to inventory clerk
