Role Summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Dispatcher to join our team and coordinate the timely and accurate dispatch of automotive parts to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

More about the role

• Review and process incoming orders from clients and internal departments.


• Schedule and coordinate the dispatch of parts to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries.


• Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.


• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the accurate picking and packing of parts.


• Assist in maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.


• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, returns, and inventory changes.


• Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments and manage inventory.


• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to order status and delivery.


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies in all warehouse activities.

What we look for

• Proven experience in a dispatch or warehouse role, preferably in the automotive industry.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.


• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to warehouse operations.


• Comfortable standing, walking, and using warehouse equipment throughout the shift.
