What You'll Do

As a Parts Warehouse Receiver, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency through the timely processing of incoming shipments, customer returns, vendor claims, and inventory transfers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily parts deliveries from small package carriers, LTL shipments, and company trucks
• Process customer returns and work closely with Customer Service to ensure Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) are handled quickly and accurately
• Receive and process inbound inventory transfers from other Wesco Turf locations
• Maintain an organized and accurate RGA inventory area for returned products awaiting vendor claims or reassignment
• Manage special-order customer products and newly stocked inventory
• Promptly put away received products and assign accurate warehouse locations
• Process weekly vendor claims and inventory adjustments as needed
• Inspect returned parts to verify they are in new and resellable condition
• Assist with receiving and stocking weekly Toro inventory orders
• Maintain warehouse bin location accuracy and inventory availability
• Monitor warehouse supply inventories, including boxes, labels, bags, and shipping materials
• Support shipping operations by pulling, packing, and preparing orders when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, utility carts, RF scanners, and inventory management systems
• Build strong working relationships across departments and contribute to a team-oriented culture

What Do You Need?

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 5+ years of warehouse receiving experience
• Previous inventory management experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
