Referral Liaison – Patient Access

Be the reason a patient gets in the door.

Millions of people live with allergies, asthma, and immunological conditions that quietly disrupt their lives. Getting them to the right specialist shouldn’t be one more hurdle. As our Referral Liaison, you’ll be the friendly, reliable link between referring provider offices and AllerVie’s clinics across multiple states, making it fast and easy to send a patient our way and making sure that patient actually gets scheduled and shows up.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to new referrals and partner with our call center and clinic front desks to get patients scheduled


• Close the loop with referring offices so they always hear back


• Make referring easy: help offices set up e-referral, EHR directory listings, and simple workflows


• Build relationships with busy office staff through phone, video, and email


• Spot and share what’s getting in the way (wait times, payer issues, process friction) so we can fix it

What You Bring

• 1+ years in healthcare administration, patient access, or provider relations


• Experience with referral workflows or physician practice front-office a big plus


• Warm, professional communicator who follows through, every time


• Organized and self-directed, comfortable managing a high volume of follow-ups


• Comfortable with CRM, scheduling, and EMR tools (Meditab IMS or similar)


• Strong judgment with patient privacy and HIPAA
