Patient Care Coordinator

Urban Medical is a premier luxury medical aesthetics and functional medicine practice, dedicated to providing top-tier care and exceptional client experiences. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.


• Manage patient scheduling, including appointment bookings, rescheduling, and confirmations.


• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.


• Perform general office duties, including maintaining patient records, data entry, and organizing files.


• Coordinate with providers to ensure seamless patient care and appointment flow.


• Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, preparing forms, and processing payments.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a medical or aesthetics setting.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.


• Proficient in using scheduling software and office technology.


• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.


• A professional demeanor and a passion for aesthetics and wellness.


• Ability to excel in a high paced, dynamic environment.
