Job Description - Patient Care Co-ordinator (Mexico- Merida, Yucatan -Onsite)

Healthcare Virtual Assistants Wanted

📍 Onsite – Mérida, Mexico

Snapscale is hiring Healthcare Virtual Assistants to support established U.S. medical practices.

This is a professional, long-term onsite role focused on patient care and operational excellence. New office, new computer equipment, friendly environment.

What you’ll do

  • Answer inbound patient calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Navigate EMRs
  • Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
  • Support prescription refill workflows

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience in a clinic, doctor’s office, or hospital.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and medical billing is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish.

OR

  • High-end customer service professionals with excellent phone presence
