Patient Care Representative – Secure Dental

We're looking for a friendly, energetic Patient Care Representative to join our growing dental team! The ideal candidate has a bubbly, outgoing personality, enjoys helping people, and creates a welcoming experience for every patient from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients with a warm, positive attitude


• Answering phones and scheduling appointments


• Verifying insurance and collecting patient information


• Managing patient check-in and check-out


• Assisting with treatment scheduling and financial arrangements


• Maintaining accurate patient records


• Providing exceptional customer service while supporting the clinical team

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Bubbly, compassionate, and professional personality


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


• Previous dental or medical office experience is preferred but not required


• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software


• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
