Patient Care Specialist – Primary Care | Full-Time | Brooksville, FL

Millennium Physician Group is seeking an experienced Patient Care Specialist to join our busy Primary Care office in Brooksville, FL. This high‑volume practice includes 5 providers, a walk‑in clinic, and an on‑site lab. If you excel in a fast‑paced medical environment and enjoy supporting both patients and providers, this role is an excellent fit.


Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Setting: Primary Care, Walk‑In Clinic, Lab

How will you make an impact & Requirements

What You’ll Do

As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and a key contributor to smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include:

• Patient check‑in and check‑out with accuracy and professionalism

• Greeting patients warmly and delivering excellent customer service

• Managing phones, scheduling, and front‑office workflow

• Supporting providers and clinical staff in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

• Using EMR systems to document and process patient information

• Multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in a Healthcare Front Office role

• Healthcare background required

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude

• EMR experience required (Athena preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced setting

• Comfortable interacting with high patient volumes daily

• Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally
