Patient Coordinator/ Dental Assistant

At our practice, our mission is to provide each and every patient with a comfortable and relaxing dental experience. We do this by creating relationships based on trust with each patient before we begin treatment. We do this because we believe that the best results happen when we know who we’re treating and why.

General Duties include:
Answering phones,
checking patients in and out,
Scheduling patients, collecting co-payments from patients,
verifying insurance,
x-ray Certified,
Working with other staff to maintain a positive and low-stress environment TEAM MEMBER

Applicants must have a minimum of two years experience, x-ray certified and has a current NMDA license. Experience with Eagle soft software and Digital imaging a plus

Our office takes pride in satisfying patient needs, providing high quality general and specialty dental services, and offering patient comfort that is second to none. We are looking for someone who has a willingness to learn and understand the practice, designated software, and materials. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong work ethic who is able to multi-task and carry out the everyday operations.
