Patient Coordinator, Full-Time, Outpatient

Heartland Imaging is seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator I to join our outpatient imaging center in Elizabethtown, KY.

Position Details:

• Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, 8:30 AM–9:00 PM
• Location: Elizabethtown, KY

Job Summary:

The Patient Coordinator helps provide a positive experience for patients while supporting the daily operations of the imaging center.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Registering patients and verifying information
• Answering phones and assisting with questions
• Scheduling appointments
• Managing medical records and documentation
• Supporting the imaging center team with general office duties

EDUCATION:

• To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
