Now Hiring: Senior Patient Account Specialist
Houston, TX
3-Month Contract
Onsite Position
Monday–Friday

Do you have experience working hospital accounts receivable, insurance follow-up, denials, appeals, or medical collections?

We're seeking experienced Revenue Cycle and Patient Account Specialists to help resolve complex healthcare claims and drive account resolution for a leading healthcare organization.

What You'll Do:
Follow up on hospital and professional claims
Work denied and underpaid claims
Manage payer communications through websites, phone calls, and correspondence
Research and resolve aged accounts receivable
Submit and track appeals
Identify denial trends and recommend solutions
Collaborate with coding and clinical teams to support account resolution

Requirements:
3+ years of healthcare billing, collections, insurance follow-up, or medical AR experience
Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle operations
Experience working with insurance payers and medical claims
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
