Patient Service Representative- Specialty Clinic

Full-time position is available for a Patient Service Representative to work primarily at our Specialty Clinic location Viroqua, WI. The Patient Service Representative duties include greeting and scheduling patients, collecting required information to accurately process patient registration, multi-line telephone reception, co-pay collection, customer service and general clerical duties.

The hours for the Patient Service Representative are day time hours Monday through Friday between the hours of 7a-530p

The Patient Service Representative candidate must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and provide service with a sense of compassion a must. Experience as a receptionist in a medical setting with proficient data entry and computer skills strongly preferred. Experience with Epic a plus.
