Job Description - Patient Services Coordinator

PLEASE NOTE:

IT IS 100 % On site position

Shift/Schedule: Onsite M-F 8am-4:30pm.

400 Buckwalter place BLVD. Suite 2300 Bluffton, SC. 29910

8 Hospital Ctr. BLVD. Suite 110, Hilton Head Island, SC. 29926

Dress Code (if applicable): Scrubs or business professional

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for timely and accurate recording of patient demographics, insurance information, patient
charges and collections. Scheduling patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner.
Working through EPIC/EMR systems

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

HS Diploma/ GED

1+ years of relevant experience within a healthcare setting

EPIC experience

OnBase experience (heavily preferred)

Customer Service experience

Must be computer savvy
