Patient Specialist (FD)

**Requirements:** - Proficiency in English and/ or bilingual in English/Spanish. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities. - Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. - Multilingual capabilities are advantageous. - Prior experience in customer service role is beneficial. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
