This role involves collaboration with various departments including nursing, admissions, and clinical teams, to facilitate timely and appropriate patient placements. The specialist must balance patient care needs with bed availability, ensuring efficient use of hospital resources.
The Centralized Staffing Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing staffing needs across various departments across the enterprise. This role ensures that all units are adequately staffed to maintain optimal patient care and operational efficiency. This role involves collaboration with various departments including CSO nursing and non-nursing, enterprise clinical teams and leaders to fill staffing gaps and adjust schedules as needed.
