BHP is seeking a Part-Time Payeeship Clerk to provide financial management and representative payee services for clients in Licking and Knox Counties. This position helps individuals maintain financial stability and independence by managing budgets, paying bills, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with government agencies and community partners.

What You'll Do

• Manage client budgets and distribute funds according to established schedules.


• Pay client bills and necessary expenses and reconcile client accounts.


• Maintain accurate financial records and required documentation.


• Communicate with Social Security, Veterans Administration, landlords, utility companies, and other providers.


• Complete required reports and assist with audits.


• Work with BHP staff and community partners to support client stability and access to basic needs.


• Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable policies, regulations, and representative payee requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field.


• At least one year of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer applications.


• Must be bondable.
