The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and the reporting function within the platform, is committed to providing an excellent service delivery model, has a strong record of excellence in providing high quality customer advice, has well-honed independent judgment and critical thinking skills, and is self-motivated with values of ownership and accountability. The candidate can communicate with all levels in the organization, from line employees to CEO staff members, and has experience working in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift with little notice.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nPayroll Processing \u0026 Administration\n\n * Prepare and process multi-state payroll in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.\n * Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, including hours worked, earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.\n * Execute off-cycle payrolls, corrections, and manual payments when required.\n * Coordinate payroll funding and general ledger postings.\n\n\n\nAuditing \u0026 Compliance\n\n * Perform regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections.\n * Maintain compliance with wage and hour regulations, tax laws, and company policies.\n * Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external agencies during audits or inquiries.\n * Monitor, research, and interpret regulatory changes affecting payroll.\n\n\n\nReporting \u0026 Analysis\n\n * Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.\n * Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for HR, Finance, and leadership.\n * Support year-end processes including W-2 review, tax reconciliations, and reporting.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Experience with ADP Workforce Now.\n * 3\u20135 years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-state environment.\n * Experienced with ESPP, RSUs, NQs for large publicly traded company\n * Strong understanding of payroll principles, wage and hour laws, and tax regulations.\n * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).\n * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\n * Excellent communication and problem\u2011solving skills.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC certification.\n * Experience with HRIS integrations and payroll interfaces.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
