JOB SUMMARY
Coordinate, administer and reconcile the payroll processes of the Company in accordance with Federal and State regulations and in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Determines time worked and equipment usage from time sheets and verifies proper authorizations.
Process weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate data is maintained.
Assist employees with questions about payroll and other payroll-related issues.
Ensure payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
Enter new hire and termination information into UKG and accounting ERP.
Assist in preparing control documents for the use in reconciling payroll transactions.
Check and verify payroll import information.
Assist with daily/weekly payroll changes.
Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
