Payroll Coordinator

• Managing and processing combined payrolls and assisting managers, employees and senior leaders as appropriate.


• 
  

  Completion of accurate and efficient payrolls, including processing of all required payroll reports and checks. Works closely with The Human Resources Team and Accounting Departments to ensure locations meet proper cut-off dates and adhere to their weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting schedules

  
  


• First line contact for all employees regarding benefits, payroll deductions, OT, pay

Requirements:

• 
  

  2 years relevant payroll experience

  
  


• 
  

  Restaurant/Retail experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with UKG/Ultipro preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Self-starter with willingness to work hands-on

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent problem-solving skills: recognize, analyze and resolve effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Must be detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills, verbal and written with technical and non technical audiences
