Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Location: Fort Washington, PA 19034
Position Type:  Full-Time 8:30AM-3:30PM

Pay: $20.00 per hour

About the Role:
Liberty Education Solutions is seeking a dedicated PCA to provide 1:1 direct support to students inside of the classroom. You will work directly with students' grades K-12th, who require behavioral and special education support, helping them succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support for students in the classroom


• Implement behavior and educational interventions as outlined in student plans


• Support students with a range of needs, including mild to severe behavioral challenges


• Track and report student progress in a timely manner


• Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to ensure consistency in support

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavior support or special education


• HS degree required 


• Must hold current or be willing to complete PA clearances (FBI, PA Criminal, and Child Abuse)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently in a classroom/school setting
