Nashville-based, long-term investment firm to hire a Manager or Director for its growing proprietary sourcing function in either Nashville or Charlotte.

The firm is seeking professionals with a strong track record in proprietary sourcing, whether built in private equity business development, corporate development, or a buy side deal role, who can build authentic, lasting relationships with founders and CEOs.
