QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold a Valid California Teaching Credential, or


• Be enrolled in a teaching intern program


• Have the passion and commitment to work with low income, inner city youth to help them become first generation college-goers


• Want to be part of a small school community where everyone on campus feels responsible for the success of all students.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Full Salary Scale linked here


• Full health benefits (medical, dental and vision) with no employee contribution for the employee and qualifying dependents


• Credentialed teachers enrolled in the California State Teachers Retirement System (CALSTRS)


• Option of 403B enrollment + 3% matched 457(b) retirement saving contribution after three years of employment


• Relocation assistance of up to $2,000
