Case Mix: Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic surgery, pediatric and adult congenital

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: No

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC required, minimum level: Certified
Licenses: Florida license or Universal License (IMLC)
Certifications: ACLS, PALS
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-training in pediatric cardiac surgery
Other Qualifications: RNFA certification for APRN

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide surgical assistance in the operating room alongside Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgeons.
Manage patient care in ICU and other settings.
Serve as a liaison between patients and physicians.
Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult congenital cardiac patients.
Participate in on-call coverage approximately 15 days per month.
