Pediatric Clinic Director Denovo

H2 Health Kids is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our pediatric therapy clinic. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional or operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting and is passionate about building strong teams, supporting clinic growth, and delivering exceptional patient care.

This opportunity is open to licensed clinicians including PTs and OTs, SLPs with a strong background in outpatient operations and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, workflow, and facility management
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care and strong team performance
• Monitor clinic productivity, financial performance, operational metrics, and patient outcomes
• Support front office and back-office operations including administrative coordination and billing processes
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic culture
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, operational, regulatory, and company standards
• Support business development initiatives, physician relationships, and community outreach efforts
• Partner closely with regional leadership to support clinic growth and operational success
• Maintain a consistent in-person leadership presence to support staff, patients, and clinic operations
• Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline, if applicable

• Active OT, PT, or SLP license (or license eligible)
• Strong healthcare leadership experience with the ability to oversee clinic operations, team performance, and daily workflow
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing staffing, clinic growth, and financial performance preferred
• Pediatric outpatient experience, including therapy (OT/PT/ST) and ABA services, preferred
• Ability to maintain a regular in-person clinic presence Monday-Friday

• Compensation ranging from: $80,000- $97,000 annually
