Atlas Kids, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient team. Our pediatric therapy team primarily serves children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, sensory processing differences, and sensory-motor challenges. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based outpatient occupational therapy designed to help children build independence, confidence, and functional skills that support success at home, school, and in the community.
Your Role
Deliver individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, and neurological needs
Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans focused on fine motor development, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-care skills, emotional regulation, and functional independence
Implement play-based and sensory-integrative interventions that promote engagement and developmental progress
Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time
Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management
Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day
Document patient care accurately and maintain timely clinical records
Partner closely with families and caregivers to support carryover and skill generalization across environments
Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes
Contribute to a positive culture of clinical learning, teamwork, and professional growth
Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
Current Kentucky Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
Previous pediatric experience preferred, particularly working with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays
New graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates must successfully pass OT boards and obtain Kentucky licensure prior to employment
