Position: Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Staten Island, NY

Schedule: Flexible, 12-hour night shifts (Non-negotiable)

Salary: $60.00 per hour

Settings: Acute care, Long-term care, Outpatient

Shifts:

• Evening
• Night
• Overnight

Weekly Hours: 3x12, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends, as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with G-Tube and Trach requirements in home care.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and conduct assessments for proper care.
• Manage G-Tube feedings, medication administration, and tracheostomy care.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and families for comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on G-Tube and Trach care, maintenance, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and offer emotional support to patients and families.

Requirements:

• Current NYS RN license.
• 2 years pediatric nursing experience with G-Tube and Trach care.
• BLS and PALS certifications.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years Pediatric Nursing, Tracheostomy Care, and Home Care.
