REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Required
- Vent Management
- Intubation (ETT/NT) (Newborn, Pediatrics)
- Conscious & Deep sedation
- C-Lines, A-Lines, UVC, UAC
- Lumbar puncture
- Paracentesis, Thoracentesis
- Chest tube insertion
- Needle pneumothorax, Decompression
- X-ray interpretation, EKG interpretation
- PA Catheter, Exchange transfusion
- Suturing minor lacerations
- Circumcision (type)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC/BE
Licenses: AL or IMLC
Certifications: BLs, ACLS, PALS, NRP

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide newborn care and attend deliveries at the Level I Nursery
Stabilize infants requiring higher level of care until transfer to appropriate facility
Manage pager call coverage during 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM weekend shifts
Handle occasional admissions and phone consults
Collaborate with local pediatric practice to ensure continuity of care
