Pediatrician

Universal Healthcare Services, Inc. are currently seeking a Full or Part-Time Pediatric Primary Care Physicians and/or a Supervising Pediatric Primary Care Physicians - Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic to join our team at one of our multiple locations in Bakersfield, CA!  This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual(s) who is looking for growth and development in their career. You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform medical procedures as necessary.
• Prescribe medications and treatments.
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations.
• Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals.
• Maintain patient medical records.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO must have an unrestrictive CA license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, in verbal and written form.
• Sound understanding of all Federal and State Regulations.
• Must have full range of mobility.
• Previous experience as a physician, surgeon, or other medical fields
• Advanced knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong leadership qualities
