Valley View Hospital is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join our integrated pediatric program serving families across Western Colorado.
Position Overview
This opportunity is primarily an outpatient position, ideal for pediatricians who prefer a strong continuity clinic practice but who are interested in taking a limited amount of inpatient call to maintain nursery and hospital skills.
You will join a physician-led pediatric group committed to relationship-driven care, clinical excellence, and long-term sustainability.
This role is ideal for a pediatrician who values
Longitudinal relationships with patients and families
A predominantly outpatient practice model
Limited inpatient time—up to 24, 24-hour inpatient shifts per year
Practicing within an independent health system with strong physician leadership
Compensation and Benefits
Total compensation range of $260,000–$385,000, based on experience and performance
Productivity bonus aligned with outpatient clinical performance and wRVU production
Commencement bonus and relocation support

Outpatient pediatric care (newborn through adolescent)
Preventive care and chronic disease management
Developmental and behavioral screening
Limited inpatient pediatric and newborn coverage responsibilities
