Required Skills

• Pega CBA certification

• IT industry experience

• Years of experience as Pega Business Analyst

• Years of experience in Financial / Banking domain

• Exceptional knowledge about PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology 

• Experience in Pega Smart Disputes

• Experience in Pega 7.x

• Delivery of large scale systems.

• Credit Card Disputes domain knowledge 

• A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software

• Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners
