Job Description - People Recruitment Manager

As a People Recruitment Manager at Plumbing Solutions LLC, you will lead the recruitment efforts to attract top talent and improve hiring processes.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Lead the recruitment team and manage the full recruitment cycle.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Maintain and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring practices.
Negotiate employment offers and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
Proven leadership experience in managing recruitment teams.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in the plumbing or construction industry (Preferred).
