Job Description - Per Diem Custom Cabinetry Installer
Position: Per Diem Custom Cabinetry Installer
Location: Denver, Colorado Reports To: Head of Install Department: Install
As an installer, you’ll support our Install Leads in bringing detailed cabinet installations to life. You’ll help place panels, scribe to fit, fine-tune alignment, and ensure everything on site reflects Vonmod’s signature quality. Your role is critical in making sure each project is delivered with care, precision, and professionalism. At Vonmod, we view production as an extension of Install meaning we occasionally shift install resources into our production team in order to relieve bottlenecks.
The per diem position provides the same function, responsibility, and accountability as a full-time Install Tech. The primary difference is the structure: per diem work is offered as needed, with the flexibility for you to work when there is work available and when it fits your schedule.
There are no guaranteed hours, and you are always free to decline available work. Vonmod’s goal is to provide at least two weeks of locked schedule notice, along with an additional two weeks of soft-hold schedule notice whenever possible. However, job site status, weather, project changes, or other factors may affect scheduling within these windows.
You’ll love it here if you:
Value Team Culture and enjoy working side-by-side with teammates, leads, and project collaborators
Stay Fully Engaged, taking pride in seeing each task through to final punch
Have a Detail Oriented mindset and care about how things fit, align, and feel
Are open to Continual Growth and learning new techniques, tools, and approaches

Have a strong work ethic and bring integrity and focus to each site
