Per Diem RN

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Per Diem RN to join our small, cohesive team of experienced clinical research professionals. You will have the chance to work on an as-needed basis, averaging two days a week, to offer top-notch patient care and aid in the administration of vaccines for an ongoing clinical trial. Your role will entail providing direct patient care as required by state and local laws and regulations, as well as company policies. This includes administering investigational vaccinations according to established protocols and guidelines, and using electronic health record systems for patient documentation and data entry. Ensuring a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations is also a key part of this role. You must possess a strong attention to detail in all aspects of care, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and have a high level of proficiency with technology, particularly electronic health records. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital, as is the willingness to attend necessary training sessions and meetings. Minimum Qualifications

Valid and current RN license in the state of New Mexico

3+ years of professional RN work experience

3+ years of maintaining a reliable shift history

1+ years of experience with intramuscular vaccine administration and possession of proper credentialing and training

1+ years of of Infusion experience

1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work on a per diem basis

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Infusion nursing

Prior experience in clinical research

GCP (Good Clinical Practice), Human Research Subjects Protection, and/ or IATA and Dangerous Goods certifications 

Pay Range

$35-$50 based on licensure
