Performance Improvement Analyst
Fulltime, 40 hours, Days
No Call or Weekends
The position will engage with cross-functional groups of stakeholders to ensure an understanding of organizational dependencies and to minimize disruption in achievement of performance improvement plan. The position develops presentations for communication which effectively outlines performance improvement opportunities and steps needed to achieve opportunities.
Education: |
| Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required. Master’s degree in Business, Health Administration or another relevant field is preferred.

Knowledge:
|
|
|
Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.: |
| None required. Completion or certification of Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Lean, or similar training preferred. Membership in professional societies associated with healthcare supply chain are preferred.

Work Experience
|
| Applicants must have at least two years of work experience or residency/externship experience in Supply Chain or healthcare related field. OR applicants with a Master’s Degree (MBA, MPH, MHA) must have at least one year of work experience in Supply Chain or healthcare related field

Salary Range: Minimum 28.90/hour - Maximum 47.71/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
