Performance Test Manager | Onsite

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Manager with hands-on experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Postman, or other open-source performance testing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting performance tests to identify bottlenecks, assess system responsiveness, and ensure application stability under varying load conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform performance testing to identify system bottlenecks, assess responsiveness, and ensure application stability under different loads.


• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and test plans based on project requirements.


• Identify and report defects, issues, and risks clearly and concisely.


• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes for identified issues.


• Document test results, track defects, and maintain accurate testing records.


• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web and performance testing.

• Performance Testing: Expertise in conducting performance, load, and stress testing for applications.


• Defect Tracking & Reporting: Ability to identify, document, and report defects/issues clearly and effectively.


• Test Case/Script Development: Proficiency in developing detailed test cases, scripts, and plans based on project needs.


• Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork skills to work closely with development and QA teams.


• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance results, troubleshoot, and provide insights for improvement.


• Documentation: Accurate documentation of test results and defect tracking.

Tools & Technologies:

• Performance Testing Tools: JMeter, Postman, or other open-source performance testing tools.


• Test Management: Experience with test case development and defect tracking tools.


• Defect Tracking: Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.


• Version Control Systems: Git, Bitbucket, or similar tools.


• Web Technologies: Understanding of web applications, HTTP protocols, APIs, and system architecture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Postman, or equivalent.


• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
