Job description:

Expert
•         Understanding of test automation technology and ability to write automated tests
•         Ability to run code in the debugger to find reasons for test failures
•         Basic knowledge of SQL stored procedures
Medium
•         Knowledge of load and performance testing
•         Ability to write XML and SQL queries
•         Technical knowledge of Microsoft web stack
•         Ability to understand object oriented code (C#/Java or similar)
Low
•         Understands product design and specifications
•         Understands acceptance criteria and works with developers to define and execute tests
•         Develops a test strategy and test cases
•         Has Agile methodology experience
