Join Our Neonatology Team in Appleton, WI

We are seeking passionate Neonatologists to grow their careers as part of a collaborative four-physician neonatology group at a well-regarded healthcare facility in beautiful Appleton, Wisconsin. The facility boasts a 15-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 6, offering a collegial and experienced neonatal team dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in a 15-bed Level III NICU and newborn nursery.


• Engage in collegial collaboration with a dedicated NICU staff and neonatal transport team.


• Utilize advanced NICU services including iNO, HFOV, whole body cooling, and teleneurology.


• Participate in monthly high-risk infant follow-up clinic with collaborative support from Maternal-Fetal Medicine.


• Maintain a flexible schedule with full-time commitments comprising eight 24-hour in-house shifts per month.


• Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement, and national collaboration through a network of over 300 NICUs.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (required).


• Experience in neonatology (preferred; candidates with experience only).


• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.


• Commitment to high-quality patient care.


• Ability to relocate within the immediate local area.

License and Certification Requirements

• Wisconsin Medical License (or willingness to obtain).


• DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start).


• Clean malpractice/license history (highly preferred).


• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).


• Specify if visa support (J1/H1B) is required.
