Perm - Pulmonology - MD/DO

Job Title: Physician - Pulmonology

Join a nonprofit, independent health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, located in the heart of Findlay, Ohio. This established Pulmonary & Critical Care team is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonologist to provide comprehensive care in a hospital-based clinic adjacent to the ICU, with 24/7 in-house hospitalist coverage. The practice offers a flexible outpatient schedule (4-5 days per week) with a supportive environment focused on adult patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of pulmonary and critical care procedures, including:




• Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)


• Robotic bronchoscopy


• Thoracentesis


• Chest tube placement


• Central line placement


• Ventilator management




• Conduct follow-up appointments and new patient evaluations, averaging 20 minutes for follow-ups and 40 minutes for new patients.


• Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner EMR system.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Pulmonary/Critical Care.


• Fellowship training in Pulmonary/Critical Care.


• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues.


• Experience in performing a wide array of pulmonary procedures is preferred.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Ohio Medical License (or willingness to obtain).


• DEA registration.


• All materials required at the time of name clear unless otherwise noted.


• NPDB clearance required within 30 days of offer.
