Description
The Permit Coordinator will plan and organize the construction plan’s submission, approval and permit issuance procedures. The common duties include – managing and overseeing the building construction application approval process, handling difficult and complex customer service problems, The good candidate requires a very good understanding and familiarity of building-related codes and ordinances, knowledge of building technology and code regulations, proficiency with related software applications, and general knowledge of regulatory compliance. Any combination of experience and education that can provide the required knowledge to execute the role will be considered.
